A few weeks ago I joined one of the online AgileWelly meetups (thanks again for hosting Nicole Prince and Charlotte Hinton, I really love these meetings) This time the topic was on how to find your dream job. Very relevant for me, as we are still in the process of moving to New Zealand (well, as soon as the borders open up that is). Let's just say it was easy for me to set a very early morning alarm clock to attend this meeting.. During this meeting Suki Xiao gave a very energetic and insightful talk on how to take the things you like, your skills and financial opportunities and combine these into a potential dream job. This gave me a lot of new ideas, but for me this was just another step in the process. During the 1:1 coaching session the following week, Suki and I had a really powerful conversation on how to gain and maintain energy while working towards my goals (even if it means "only" taking baby steps towards them). So I just want to say thank you Suki and #AgileWelly for helping me with another step on this journey of finding my dream job in New Zealand! Hope to see you there soon!

It was such a pleasure Irving Leistra, I admire your commitment in waking up super early for this meet-up and I really enjoyed our coaching conversation too! Working on those baby steps over a period of time, cumulatively will lead to great results :)

Now that was a great start of my trip to the Netherlands! Starting a new project again with a very special client and creating some continuous improvement magic with them and my mates Quincy Krutzen and Jos Frusch. Great conversations, the right energy and a great mindset within the client team. This is going to be so much fun!

I had so much fun today supporting, helping and guiding these awesome entrepreneurs on their journey. Loved their energy and their willingness to learn and move forward. And as highlighted with them today: learning = doing and doing = learning! looking forward to see them get out there and make some (more) waves!😁 🚀 🌟

What a great team to play the Lean simulation game Go Gamba! with. Learning about improving your business from a customers' perspective, increase collaboration within the team and having heaps of fun. You should've heard their cheer after the final round...😁 Well done team Bivouac! Special thanks to Graeme Allen for inviting me and to Jos Frusch for his help in sending the game over from NL to NZ.

2020: This Orange goes Kiwi : ) We are currently in New Zealand for a couple of months to check if our family can work and live there for several years. I don't like asking for help, but since this is a big step for us I would appreciate your input! :-) Please let us know if you know anyone we should meet in New Zealand. These people could either be working at potential employers, as agents or recruiters, or just generally nice people to meet and have a chat with about living and working in New Zealand. Really appreciate it and looking forward to this new chapter! Thank you Steven Groeneveld, Margriet Buseman, Thomas van der Hoek, Eva Wolf, Paul Kerssens, @Ingrid de Vries, Pierre Schmits and Rolf Craenen for already helping out and giving me some intro's!
