My favorite airline to fly across the Pacific. The Business class lounge is fantastic, the wonderful flight attendants are helpful and professional. Great comfort while flying.
The flight was delayed for 2 hours, however, we flew home safely.
Everything is good, the only issue is the aircraft need to be upgraded

The legroom in economy was better than other airlines. Since my legs are long, that means a lot. Also, the A380 from Los Angeles to Incheon gave passengers a smooth ride. Everything went smoothly from boarding to disembarkation in Incheon. I'd fly Asiana again!
30 minutes from landing in Mongolia we had to turn around and go back to Korea due to a storm in the capital of Mongolia. We went back the following day. Safety first!

One of the flight was delayed. The flight attendant of returning flight to LA was mean.
Flew on an Airbus 350-900. Excellent aircraft properly cleaned and serviced. Flight crew was excellent plane departed and arrived on time. The A350 has excellent air circulation far better than the 777. I would recommend Asiana to anyone looking to fly in a clean comfortable environment. This is my second round trip flight from New York to Bangkok via Asiana and I will book Asiana again!
The flight was canceled, and the airlines stated that they don't know when they can put me on another flight. I had to purchase another flight from a different airline. I am now having issues requesting a refund. What a nightmare experience, I will not refer anyone to this airline.

It was a quick and comfortable flight. There was no entertainment or food so I gave them poor marks. I wasn’t really expecting either so wish there was a NA option. Great flight with more leg room than my longer, overseas seating!

The flight was pretty much as expected. Have spent a lot of time flying back and forth from Asia to the US. So it was normal, as usual, most Asian airlines do not have good food, of course, most airlines don't have very good food something to do with 30,000 feet in the air. The seats were a little cramped but that's kind of normal for economy class. Their notification of where to pick up baggage was really screwy. I had to run all over Harry Reid Airport in Vegas to find my baggage. A little better communication about that Would have been much nicer.
The flight attendant were great. But the plane felt old and incredibly outdated. The seat in business class was old and not much padding left. The walls were filthy from years of use.
The flight was delayed almost three hours because of a labor issue. During the delay, JAL staff did a poor job communicating with customers about what was happening and seemed confused about what to do.
Wonderful service from timely boarding, to attentive crew, food service, my seat was very comfy, no complaints at all!
I think they can improve on the check in process and seat arrangement for family with minor. Waited in line for a hour. When at the check counter, the lady just took our passports and disappeared for an hour. We were panic of missing the flights and had to look for her. They placed my younger daughter by herself at the back of the plane while I am in the middle of the plane.
Enjoyed all.. clean and FAs are very nice. Will most likely book again in the future.
The flight is not bad, but the Business Lounge is not big enough for the quantity of people they accept and there is a limited options for food and beverages.
It was simply bad and on top of that my luggage hasn't been delivered until now. They can't even localize it which is just unacceptable when they are supposed to scan the bar code they put when we check in
We bought premium Economy, thinking it would be more comfortable, but the seat is so narrow ,that my legs and feet are swollen , I can't wear shoes !
The flight was delayed for almost 5 hours, but I understand that it was not up to the company, however how they could handle the situation better, they never apologized for that delay, moreover despite passengers being there for 7 hours only thing they did was to give a bowl of instant noodles, afterwards on the plane tiny snacks, people were there starting from lunch time and we’ve arrived to destination at almost midnight
Flight was delayed for 2 hours for no reason, then we spent almost an hour after boarding because of the weather conditions. If we left on time we could avoid that 😾

Cons: "Missed connection from PEK to XIY due to delayed arrival and early departure. From XIY to PEK, booked and confirmed 11 departure, changed to 12:30 without notification or explaination. Rushed connections at PEK, pretty much ran from the minute left plan to another terminal, through custom, through all the health check points, security check. Just keep the fights on time and keep the original schedules, not arbitrarily change them."

For the price we paid, I couldn’t complain. Was good value for money. Service was excellent but food was mediocre. Crew were excellent and spoke English. You will never go hungry. The food was ample but was mediocre. Entertainment limited and wifi doesn’t all allow you to access some social media. The best part was comfortable seats and bed (business class) with a screen to close out the rest of the cabin.
Good airline for the price. The Air stewardess are great, nothing is to much trouble. Will use again.
Cheapest option from Gatwick £400 cheaper than Emirates and Qatar. Entertainment no where near as good as Emirates and Qatar, but saved £400 so all good.
Great staff and food. Seats pretty uncomfortable but plenty of legroom. Entertainment system outdated.
The flight was cancelled without any reason. But the next flight to Shanghai has to be cancelled to pay penalty.
Gatwick London-Shanghai -Bangkok.. Would have liked entertainment screens, but I know these planes are not that new. Cheap flights at the time of booking, Emirates wanted double so you get what you paid for. I would fly again with them, but if Emirates was the same price I would go with them.
The landings were smooth . Being unable to check-in online was terribly stressful and the queue at Haneda exemely long. We paid extra for window seats and did not get them.
How do you run out of beer after one hour of a twelve hour flight?!
Flight was fine, however we were not able to check in online, this adds to travel stress. Luckily check-in at Heathrow was quick, but we did not get the seats we paid extra for. We paid for a window and 2 aisle seats from Shanghai to Tokyo leg, but they changed us to middle seats. Not good :(
Charging ports would have been nice. No entertainment but it was a short flight so not really necessary.
I had paid for my family to sit together on the plane. When we got to the plane this wasn't the case and we were separated. meanwhile the lady sitting next to me told me how she didn't pay and were all sitting together
My baggage never arrived .. its day 4 and still waiting.. on top of that the idiots gave my luggage to fedex who dont deliver on sat/sun and i am waiting on my medicines .. hopeless ground staff using mediocre logic to show urgency of luggage delivery
It didn't happen at all. They sold out my seat taking their own decision that I'll not get to boarding on time, but I was!
Terrible, broken window and the blinded didn’t shut during the entire flight. Nobody could sleep
The experience was terrible. 1) We boarded late, 2a) BA lost my bag, 2b) The bag was delivered an entire day later than they said, and 2c) When it was delivered they brought the wrong / someone else's bag, and then the drivers had to come back with the right one. My medicine was in that bag so I needed it ASAP and there was no number to call that would let me speak to an actual person (vs. a automated voice that hangs up on you). This is in addition to my departing flight where an 11 hour travel day turned into a 20 hour travel day, given that: 1) the flight departed late AND it took an hour to deplane when we landed, causing us to miss our connection to Florence. This meant we had to take two connectors to arrive the same day (through Madrid and then Florence). 2) For the 2nd connector, the printer broke so we had to exit Madrid airport to print our boarding passes, and that delay almost caused us to miss our connector for a 2nd time in the same day, for reasons that BA should have easily been able to address.
Staff were uniformly excellent. Padding for premium economy seats was a bit thin. Drinks service was very very good. Food was meh.
The boarding took about an hour the Flight was delayed about 40 minutes the seat, which I'd paid extra for was extremely cramped I will probably not fly with this airline again
Not being able to check my luggage ruined my flight experience with British Airways. I have to spend hundreds of dollars to get my luggage to me.
A pretty decent flight. Pretty cramped in economy, but not as bad as some.
